Projection staff put on the screen whatever the meeting is dealing with, so the room can read it: the resolution, the amendment being moved, the resolution as amended. You work from the Items page on a laptop. The projector shows the Projection page, which changes the moment you choose something else.

In the meeting’s side menu, choose Projection. It opens in a new tab.
Drag that tab out into a window of its own, and move the window onto the projector’s screen.
Choose Fullscreen, at the bottom right.
The screen reads “No Resolution Projected” until you put something on it. Leave that window alone during the meeting, and work from the Items page in your own.
Choose Project R-3, with its own number, at the top of its details.
The button turns red and reads Projecting R-3, and the projection controls appear at the foot of the page. Choosing another resolution’s Project button replaces what is on the screen.
In the projection controls, choose the gear for Projection Settings.
Find the column for what you are showing: When Showing Items, When Showing As Adopted (a resolution as amended) or When Showing Amendments.
Switch each part on or off, and use the arrows beside it to change the order.
Switch on Split View to show the parts in two columns.
The screen changes as you go. Hide Header, under Display, takes the whole header off the top: the meeting’s name, the number, the mover and the seconder.
The screen shows only the meeting’s name and “No Resolution Projected”. The amendments stay listed in the controls, so you can put one straight back; choose Dismiss to put them away.

Resolutions
The Items page
Every resolution in the meeting, with a search box and filters above the list. Choosing one opens its details on the right, with Project at the top.
A resolution, found
The search finds a resolution by number, by its words or by its mover. The Project button carries the resolution’s number, so you can see what you are about to show.

The projection controls
Once something is on the screen, a bar at the foot of the page says what, who put it there, and when. Choose Projecting to open it, and again to fold it away.
Folded away
The bar alone, with every control you need while a resolution is read.
Opened
Opened, it lists the resolution’s amendments, an amendment to an amendment set in under its own.
On the bar, from the left: the three As set the size of the text for a small, medium or large room. The arrows move the text up or down a step; 1x, 2x and 3x scroll it steadily, and pause stops them; the arrow to the line goes back to the top. Clear empties the screen, and the gear opens Projection Settings.

Amendments
Each amendment has two buttons: one shows the amendment itself, the other the resolution with its changes made.
An amendment
Project R-3 A1 puts the amendment up while it is moved and debated.
What the room sees
The screen names the amendment above its text.
The resolution as amended
Project R-3 as amended by A1 shows the resolution with the amendment’s changes made, before the vote on the main motion.
What the room sees
Marked As amended, with the amended text.
Projection, full screen
The screen the room sees
The meeting’s name at the top, then the resolution’s number, its mover and seconder, a box with its details, and its text. Everything changes the moment you choose something else on the Items page.
A resolution
The details box shows what your organization records for each resolution: its section, page, majority needed, sponsor and reference.
Scrolled
The header stays put as the text scrolls under it.
The large-room size
Fewer words to a line, for the back of a large hall.
Without the details box
With Resolution Metadata switched off in Projection Settings, the text starts at the top.

Projection Settings
Display holds the size of the text, Hide Header, and Caption Spacing, which keeps a band clear at the top or the foot of the screen, at the height and colour you choose, for captions shown over it. Each column after it lists the parts of the screen for a resolution, a resolution as amended and an amendment: Resolution Metadata (the details box), Content (the text), Diff (the changes marked), Original, Motion Text and Proposed Changes. The arrows set their order, and Split View puts them in two columns.
